Gianna advises clients on all aspects of dispute resolution, including commercial settlements, mediations, expert determinations, security of payment claims, injunctions and litigation.
In addition to contentious matters, Gianna has a broad range of experience with drafting, reviewing and advising on documentation for construction and infrastructure projects and the supply of mining machinery. This experience includes Australian Standards, GC21 and bespoke contracts.

Acting for a head contractor in relation to the design and construction of a $120 million data centre. Assisted the head contractor to resolve upstream and downstream issues concerning liquidation damages, defects and the retention and release of security.
