HDY advises Centuria Property Funds Limited

SYDNEY: Henry Davis York advised Centuria Property Funds Limited (as responsible entity of Centuria Metropolitan REIT No.1 and Centuria Metropolitan REIT No.2 (together, CMA)) on the offer of stapled securities in CMA and listing of CMA on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
The offer consists of an institutional offer, broker firm offer and a priority offer (Offer) and raised approximately A$114.3 million.
CMA is an Australian real estate investment trust (REIT) which will have a portfolio of 8 office and industrial assets located throughout Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide metropolitan areas. At listing on the ASX, CMA is expected to have an indicative market capitalisation of A$143 million (based on an offer price of A$2.00 per stapled security) and will own a portfolio of eight assets independently valued at $182.9 million.
Centuria Property Funds Limited (as responsible entity of CMA) lodged a Product Disclosure Statement for the Offer with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Tuesday 11 November 2014 and listed on the ASX today.
