We have acted in the majority of the major contaminated land cases in NSW in the last 5 years, including in Jeffman and Lawrence Dry Cleaners v New South Wales Environment Protection Authority, the first case that dealt with an appeal against a Management Order under the NSW Contaminated Land Management Act 1997.
Our team also acts for 7 government agencies in the area of valuation and compensation law and has acted in over 100 litigation matters in recent years in this area.

Appointed to advise on The Bays Urban Renewal Program, which is Sydney's largest urban renewal since the Sydney Olympics, encompassing 80ha of land and 94ha of Sydney Harbour. It will be an iconic destination that sets a new benchmark for what is possible in regeneration.
Since 2004, advised on all environmental, contaminated land and remediation law aspects of the remediation of a site Jeffman owns in Waterloo, as well as acting for Jeffman in a number of legal challenges and in a mediation that ultimately resulted in a successful settlement of the legal proceedings.
