Dispute Resolution

Spacer Panel

Our dispute resolution lawyers regularly handle the largest and most complex commercial disputes, banking litigation and regulatory matters that are both strategically significant and highly sensitive to our clients.

We specialise in complex general litigation as well as disputes and litigation arising from employment, insolvency and restructuring, banking, construction, property, insurance and environment and planning.

Our approach is to provide our clients with clear and commercial advice as to whether matters should be litigated, incorporating an evaluation of the risk exposures (legal, commercial, reputational, etc) associated with potential courses of action. We also understand the need to manage matters efficiently and minimise the impact of litigation and inquiries on the internal resources of our clients.

We have an in-depth understanding of the political, cultural and operational environment of our clients and our approach, style and commitment helps our clients and their involved employees to gain confidence and trust in us.

We practice nationally, representing clients in all superior courts in all State and Federal jurisdictions in Australia.
