Our University Experience

University of Canberra - Health Precinct

Advising UC in relation to the preparation of a full bespoke document suite (Heads of Agreement, Project Delivery Agreement, Collaboration Agreement, Development Agreement, Approved Sublease, and other associated documentation) in relation to the establishment of UC’s first major commercial precinct, the “Health Precinct”, involving multiple developments with Moran Group, including aged care facility, structured car park, private hospital, and other health service related developments ($100 million).

University of Wollongong PBSA Project

Advising the UOW in relation to the landmark $250 million financing and development and long term facilities management of student accommodation on the University of Wollongong campus.

University of Queensland

Providing advice in relation to the University's participation as a founding member of the PPP for the development of Sunshine Coast Teaching Hospital being developed by the Department of Health Queensland in conjunction with the University and other stake holders.

Macquarie University

Advising Macquarie University in relation to rewriting its suite of commercial and leasing documentation ahead of planned redevelopment of the University's retail and commercial offerings.
