Prue's practice is primarily in civil litigation and coronial inquests for government clients, including NSW Health and NSW Police. She is a strategic and keen litigator with strong negotiation skills.

Prue's focus is on our government sector clients. She has extensive experience acting on behalf of NSW Health in relation to medical negligence claims in the District and Supreme Courts and coronial inquests. She also acts on behalf of NSW Police defending common law negligence claims commenced by former police officers for psychiatric injury, nervous shock claims and intentional torts involving allegations of false imprisonment, assault and defamation arising from the conduct of police officers during the course of their duties.
