Jennifer has worked on major property transactions in both the public and private sector. Her experience includes land acquisitions, leasing matters, development agreements, management agreements, joint venture documentation and property finance transactions.

Jennifer has over thirteen years' experience as a commercial property lawyer acting for a wide array of private and government clients such as investment banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, government entities and property development organisations across a diverse range of geographic locations including North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Drawing on her vast experience from across the globe and her local Australian knowledge, Jennifer is able to provide her clients with timely and succinct advice that enables them to execute faster with a minimum level of effort.

Jennifer practices in all aspects of property, including landlord and tenant work as well as the acquisition, development and disposal of real estate. Jennifer's specialisation ranges across jurisdictions, mainly in New South Wales, Queensland and ACT.

Jennifer recently joined Henry Davis York after working at King & Wood Mallesons for five years. Prior to that time, Jennifer worked in New York City at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom for over eight years.
