She also manages international trade mark portfolios for some of her clients. Hazel has advised on trade mark prosecution issues and acts in trade mark opposition and non-use actions.
Hazel advises on infringement of trade marks, patents, copyright and designs along with passing off and Australian Consumer Law issues.

Hazel was admitted as a solicitor in Ireland in 2003. Prior to joining HDY, she worked as a solicitor in some of the leading intellectual property firms in Ireland where she specialised in intellectual property law. Hazel acted in a number of high profile trade mark, patent and design litigation proceedings in the Irish High Court and the Supreme Court and also advised clients on commercialising their intellectual property.
