A seasoned drafter and deal maker, Chris has worked in-house for a number of Australian government agencies and for one of the world's largest international law firms. He is sought after for his depth of experience in working on sensitive and strategic projects, especially cross-border deals, procurement and contestability.
In addition to his legal expertise Chris's accounting qualifications make him particularly effective in pricing negotiations and structuring of performance frameworks. He also has specialised skills in managing forensic IT investigations, Research and Development agreements, integrated weapons systems and complex biometrics projects.
Chris has a wealth of experience working in-house on secondment for clients as acting General Counsel and/or Legal Director where he has developed an ability to rapidly analyse business activities and provide targeted advice on governance, risk management and measures to enhance operational efficiency.
