We are also honoured to have acted in most of the major contaminated land cases in NSW, including in Jeffman and Lawrence Dry Cleaners v New South Wales Environment Protection Authority, the first case that dealt with an appeal against a Management Order under the NSW Contaminated Land Management Act 1997.
