Renee's advice is especially sought out when addressing banking disputes for the firm's major banking clients. She advises them on various aspects of security enforcement, insolvency and bankruptcy, general banking litigation, fraud disputes and other forms of dispute resolution.

One of Renee's career highlights was acting for one of Australia's leading banking institutions to successfully defend an application in the Supreme Court to set aside a consent judgment and obtaining an order that the litigant be forever prohibited from filing a claim the subject of the consent order against the bank without the leave of the Court.
