Megan commenced with Henry Davis York in May 2017. Her considerable experience includes 5 years as partner of a national law firm with a focus on the government sector.

Advising the Commonwealth Departments of Finance and Defence and Comcover in connection with the management of significant claims concerning negligent misstatements regarding Commonwealth superannuation entitlements. 

Commercial Builder

Representing a commercial builder in complex multi-party Federal Court proceedings the subject of significant recovery action following a fire in The Flint restaurant in the Diamant Hotel precinct in NewActon. The proceedings involved consideration of manufacturing, design, construction, coordination and certification issues.
