Jasmine advises Australian and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, corporate restructures and a broad range of contractual arrangements and commercial transactions.

Jasmine has recently advised Macquarie on the acquisition of substantial loan portfolios, the acquisition by Macquarie Premium Funding of the Pacific Premium Funding business from GE Capital, the sale of a leading financial planning software business and a data-driven marketing business and a number of joint ventures and investments.

Jasmine has also advised public sector clients, including TfNSW, RailCorp and the former Transport Construction Authority, on the sale and large scale transfer of assets, strategic projects, complex service and supply arrangements and various governance issues.
