Receivers of ABC Learning Centres

Advised the receivers and managers of ABC Learning, one of the largest and most complex receiverships in Australian corporate history, on the sale of over 1,000 childcare centres in Australia.

Sydney Trains and RailCorp

Advised Sydney Trains and RailCorp in relation to the sale of the Bathurst Rail Fabrication Centre to VAE Railway Systems, including assisting in preparing the RFP, RFT, business sale agreement, long term supply agreement, land sale documentation and transition services agreement.

Vow Financial

Advised Vow Financial in respect of the sale to Yellow Brick Road of all of the shares in Vow Financial by a large number of shareholders.
