Tim is a senior banking and finance specialist with more than 20 years of front-end banking experience. He is a trusted adviser to a number of leading Australian financial institutions and corporates.
Tim began his career with one of the world's leading law firms in London where he focused on syndicated loans, securitisation, venture capital and general commercial lending.
Before joining Henry Davis York, Tim was a lead banking and finance partner at a prominent Australian law firm, practising primarily in commercial lending, debt restructuring, securitisation and receivables finance. Tim also has experience in property finance and leveraged acquisition finance.
Tim is listed in the AFR's Best Lawyers 2011 guide as an expert in Equipment Finance, Insolvency and Reorganisation and Structured Finance. Best Lawyers also recognised Tim as the Sydney Insolvency and Reorganisation Lawyer of the year 2012 and the Sydney Structured Finance Lawyer of the Year, 2011.
