Shane is the leader of Henry Davis York's Property, Environment and Projects Group, and practises extensively in the areas of commercial property and corporate real estate, property development, funds management, major projects and sales of distressed assets. Shane's clients include government and government-related organisations, fund managers and other investors, property developers, banks, receivers and managers, liquidators and large corporations.
Shane's extensive experience covers all aspects relevant to large-scale sales and acquisitions, including tendering, drafting and negotiation of joint venture and project agreements, structured property/capital markets transactions, drafting and negotiation of major retail, commercial and industrial leases, land subdivisions and developments as well as property mortgages, charges and finance-related documentation.
