Sarah has over six years' experience in commercial litigation, acting on matters for both public and private sector clients.
Sarah has acted on a range of disputes arising in contract, tort and under the Trade Practices Act and has commercial litigation experience across a number of jurisdictions. She has also practised in construction, major projects and property law.
Sarah's experience also includes involvement in the high-profile RailCorp ICAC inquiry in 2007 and 2008, preparing project documentation for the Pacific Highway Upgrade and advising the developer/operator in connection with the construction and operation of the Auckland City Arena in New Zealand. Sarah has also acted in connection with a number of disputes arising in the telecommunications industry and the public sector.
