Rodney is an experienced commercial litigator and adviser to public and private sector clients.
He has acted in a number of complex corporate and commercial disputes and arbitrations. He employs alternative dispute resolution methods to find commercial solutions for clients involved in disputes and strives to achieve the client's commercial objectives throughout the dispute resolution process.
He represents clients in a broad range of disputes concerning contracts, directors' duties, financial services, equity, construction, freight and shipping, as well as disputes arising under the Trade Practices Act and Corporations Act.
Rodney has undertaken a significant amount of litigation on behalf of a major telecommunications company along with other corporate and public sector clients. He has appeared in State and Federal courts and in a number of statutory tribunals.
Rodney also has experience in dealing with investigations by, and disputes with, regulatory authorities including the ACCC and the ASIC.
