Rachel also has broad local and international experience in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has acted for telecommunications companies, oil and mining companies, professional services firms, liquidators and commercial property owners in a range of disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, professional negligence and claims under the Trade Practices Act.
