Philip regularly acts for and advises banks, financial institutions, corporations, liquidators, receivers and administrators on all aspects of insolvency matters. He also advises financial institutions on banker/customer disputes, frauds and forgeries, and has represented banks and bank officers in statutory enquiries established by ICAC, ASIC and other government agencies.
