Penny practises in all areas of commercial property with particular experience in the acquisition, disposal and management of industrial, retail and commercial properties (including wind farms, insolvent corporate group assets and hotel/tourism assets), negotiating development agreements and management agreements and commercial and industrial leasing.
She advises clients such as property funds, financial institutions, developers and government clients across all issues associated with commercial property transactions and property management.
Penny's experience includes preparing, negotiating and advising on the terms of commercial agreements for lease and leases for major commercial retailers, airport operators, financial institutions, fund managers, wind farm developers, major financial institutions and government entities. She has also acted on the disposal of property portfolios for insolvent corporate groups, and acted for fund manager and corporate clients on the acquisition of commercial and industrial development sites, including due diligences and contract negotiations.
