Pamela specialises in workplace relations, advising employers across a range of industries, including manufacturing, gaming, retail, fitness, water and hospitality.
Pamela advises clients on all aspects of employment law including obligations under awards, enterprise agreements, and the Fair Work Act 2009, as well as advising on termination of employment and transfer of business issues, rights of entry and redundancy. She has experience representing clients in relation to industrial disputes and defending breach of contract, adverse action claims, unfair dismissal claims and discrimination complaints. Her work also includes advising receivers and managers of insolvent companies on relevant employment law issues.
