Michael is a senior practitioner and leading projects lawyer. He heads Henry Davis York's specialist construction, engineering and infrastructure practice group advising government and public sector entities, financial institutions and major contractors.
Michael is highly experienced in advising on the drafting and negotiation of all documentation required to successfully undertake top-end projects including PPPs, alliance agreements, BOOTs and complicated project documentation throughout Australia and New Zealand. This experience includes extensive contract administration skills.
Michael is also an experienced litigator with a reputation for achieving significant commercial results for clients including through the use of alternative dispute resolution methods.
