Melanie has broad litigation experience involving large and complex insolvency regimes. Her experience includes acting in voidable transaction proceedings, fraud recovery proceedings, trade practices claims and examinations both before the Court and ASIC.
Melanie has experience in developing and maintaining large databases, both Ringtail and Systematics, to assist in litigation and case management.
Melanie also provides advice in relation to recoveries and settlement strategies in the areas of voluntary administrations, deeds of company arrangement, receiverships and liquidations.
Melanie regularly presents in-house in relation to developments in insolvency law and court procedure.
