Marie is an expert in construction and infrastructure projects and provides contentious and non-contentious advice to government agencies and principals.
Her experience includes the documentation and review of numerous negotiated and precedent contracts including project specific, design and construct and construct only and various forms of supply and consultancy agreements.
She also advises principals on defect disputes primarily in the Supreme Court.
Marie recently advised a major transport provider on the drafting, negotiation and finalisation of various tender documents and contracts. She has also advised on several large rail transport construction projects and compliance issues and is well-versed on the complexities of the rail industry.
Marie has just completed a seven month secondment at a public sector rail operator as a commercial contracts lawyer.
