Maria is a specialist in large scale commercial disputes. She has been involved in a wide range of matters for commercial clients including liquidators, banks and resources clients as well as state and commonwealth government departments.
Maria has had involvement in a number of inquiries including the coronial inquiry arising from the collapse of the Old Pacific Highway in 2007. Most recently, Maria represented the liquidators of Lehman Brothers Australia in an investors' class action commenced against the company.
