Luke has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, with particular expertise in corporate debt recovery and professional negligence proceedings.
Prior to joining Henry Davis York, Luke was Associate to the Hon Justice Handley of the New South Wales Court of Appeal.
Luke has advised corporate clients in significant contract claims, lease disputes, tax liability determinations, and debt recovery proceedings. He has also acted for company officers in civil penalty proceedings and also on professional negligence issues in relation to financial advisors and solicitors.
Luke coordinates Henry Davis York's most popular pro bono program, LEAPS (Law Firms Encouraging and Assisting Promising Students).
