Kylie is an experienced banking and finance lawyer, with a practice that is complemented by a strong background in commercial property. She specialises in securitisation, capital markets and structured finance.
Kylie has significant experience representing major Australian and multi-national financial institutions, professional trustees, fund managers, wholesale investors and other participants in the financial services industry.
This experience includes acting for a number of fund managers in relation to the provision of banking and derivative facilities from large Australian banks, acting for the four major Australian banks in relation to the restructure of large banking facilities, and advising major professional trustees on numerous wholesale and term residential mortgage-backed securitisation (RMBS) issues.
