Kieran has extensive experience in corporate recovery, insolvency and litigation, gained firstly as a corporate recovery accountant and subsequently as a lawyer. Kieran has been involved in a broad range of matters including complex formal insolvencies, secured and unsecured debt recoveries and restructuring and forbearance arrangements. Through his litigation experience, Kieran has also developed strong negotiation and advocacy skills as well as demonstrating a commercial and practical approach to matters.
Kieran's comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the insolvency, debt recovery and litigation profession was further enhanced through his work in-house with a major Australian bank, assisting in the Legal Division of the institution.
Kieran has also participated in presentations to clients regarding developments in the areas of insolvency and banking law.
