Jennifer has over 20 years' experience in all aspects of commercial property. She acts for clients across a range of sectors including NSW public sector entities, institutional investors, fund managers and other corporate investors and receivers and managers. She has particular experience in complex sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, asset and facilities management agreements, property development, leasing and due diligence work.
Jennifer advises a number of fund managers and financial institutions servicing their legal requirements relating to their property portfolios, which include due diligence, sales and acquisitions, leasing, building services agreements, planning and subdivision advice and ancillary arrangements such as income support deeds.
She also acts for NSW Police Force (through the United Group) in relation to property portfolio issues such as the sale of surplus property, the acquisition of new sites (both by agreement and compulsory acquisition), leasing, and advising on diverse issues such as inter-government arrangements, planning, contamination and road closures.
Jennifer also advises clients such as DEXUS Property Group, Becton Property Group, Stockland, Colonial First State and LIF on their stream leasing requirements for their property portfolios, as well as for Sydney Airport Corporation in relation to its terminal leases.
