Henry specialises in commercial property, associated commercial contracts and planning law. He advises government organisations, fund managers, financial institutions, corporations and developers on property transactions of all types on the wide range of legal issues which arise in relation to such transactions.
Henry advises on acquisitions and disposals of all types of commercial property, joint venture and development agreements, co-owner agreements, subdivisions, developments, property leasing of all types and related stamp duty and GST issues.
His recent experience includes negotiating a joint venture agreement between a major retailer and local council in relation to a proposed commercial and retail development, advising on the development and sale of government-owned land at Eastern Creek and advising State Property Authority in connection with land at Newcastle including the site of the proposed Coal Export Terminal. Henry also recently negotiated a development agreement with Sydney Olympic Park Authority for the development of a major commercial building at Sydney Olympic Park.
