Dot has extensive experience as adviser to creditors including investment and commercial banks, and distressed debt and special situation investors and to borrowers such as private equity sponsors and other corporate borrowers on matters relating to general lending. In particular, this includes acquisition and infrastructure finance and financial restructurings.
Dot recently returned to Australia after spending nearly four years in London, where she worked as a Senior Associate within the Banking team of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She was a legal adviser in a large number of complex, cross-border leveraged acquisition and infrastructure financings, investment grade financings and financial restructurings.
