A recognised leader in human resources and organisational development in the Sydney legal market, Deborah works with the managing partner, the Board and the firm's partners, as the leader of Henry Davis York's people and development strategy.
She heads a team of experts in human resources, organisational development and learning who work closely with the practice groups and administration support teams to achieve the maximum outcome for each individual and the firm.
Deborah joined Henry Davis York in 1998 and enjoys a reputation for the unique people-focused culture and market-leading engagement she has built while at the firm.
Prior to joining Henry Davis York, Deborah was human resources manager at a leading national law firm. She also has extensive experience in the retail corporate sector.
