David advises clients in relation to all kinds of property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, easements and covenants, as well as advising on native title issues.
David also has particular experience advising public sector clients such as RailCorp, Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA), Forests NSW, Integral Energy, TransGrid, State Property Authority, the Department of Commerce and the Botanic Gardens.
David recently acted for David Jones on a major leasing transaction involving agreements for lease and leases of various sites throughout Australia and advised the Botanic Gardens Trust on the leasing and potential re-development of the Domain Car Park.
He also recently advised the RTA on the leasing, sale and potential re-development of land situated above the Green Square Railway Station and is acting for Forests NSW on a number of agreements with mining and petroleum companies in connection with exploration, production and mining activities in State Forests.
