Caroline acts for a variety of public and private sector clients across a wide range of industries including IT, communications, transport and financial services.
Her recent experience includes advising one of the 'big four' Australian banks on the procurement of an online banking security solution and the launch of a new brand. She has also recently advised a large public sector client on the procurement of a time capture and payroll system.
Caroline has worked on a number of telecommunications matters. She was recently seconded to a global telecommunications company where she advised on procurement agreements for the company's operations throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Caroline is also experienced in providing company secretarial support to not-for-profit organisations.
