Bronwyn is an experienced workplace relations lawyer who advises employers in a range of industries including FMCG, financial services, recruitment and hospitality.
She advises on a broad range of workplace relations issues including:
- discrimination and equal opportunity including investigations into complaints
- privacy obligations such as workplace surveillance
- separation management arising from issues such as misconduct, poor performance, restructures or transfer of business
- interpretation and obligations under awards and enterprise agreements
- contractual terms and company policies.
Bronwyn also has experience in managing litigation in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of NSW, and Fair Work Australia arising from workplace disputes.
She regularly presents seminars to HR managers and conducts in-house training sessions for companies on workplace relations issues including workplace behaviour, managing long-term ill or injured employees, performance management, and the implications of legislative changes, for example, the introduction of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
