Braydon's recent experience includes advising on:
- demerger of a bank from a diversified financial services group
- custody and administration arrangements for one of Australia's largest public sector superannuation funds
- a facility to allow superannuation fund members to invest in ASX 200 shares
- arrangements to provide for electronic rollovers of superannuation interests, and
- the application of stamp duty to transfers of units in wholesale investment funds by a superannuation trustee.
