Angela has over five years' experience as in-house counsel with the property legal team of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She has worked extensively in commercial, industrial and retail property including disposals , acquisitions and leasing.
She advises financial institutions and fund managers on their property matters including commercial and retail leasing for landlords and tenants. She has also advised on agreements for lease and leasing documentation associated with land development.
Her in-house experience includes acting for a mortgagee exercising power of sale over residential, commercial and industrial property.
Angela recently advised a significant commercial property owner on the disposal of a large commercial office building and industrial property.
