Andrew regularly advises on the acquisition and disposal of industrial, retail and commercial properties, negotiating development agreements, joint venture documents and management agreements as well as commercial and industrial leasing.
Andrew recently advised a large listed property group in connection with its proposed expansion of a significant retail and residential town centre. He also recently represented a fund in relation to the disposal of a portfolio of North Sydney commercial office towers.
