Department of Transport and Rail Corporation NSW

We prepared and negotiated the terms of the rail services agreement between the Director-General of the Department of Transport and Rail Corporation NSW. This agreement provides for funding for passenger rail services and ancillary bus services provided by RailCorp in New South Wales, sets key performance indicators and monitoring, reporting and auditing requirements.

Auckland Arena

We are advising the developer on an on-going dispute relating to the Auckland Arena, which was constructed as New Zealand's first BOOT project model. This followed our advice on the original transaction for the project.

Copper Mines of Tasmania

We acted for Copper Mines of Tasmania in a successful arbitration over its ownership and operation of the Queenstown copper mine and continue to advise Copper Mines of Tasmania on issues as they arise.

Chatswood Interchange

We advised on the Chatswood Interchange Development to ensure the design and construction of a significant component of the works met our client's performance requirements as contractually agreed.

Colonial First State

We acted for Colonial First State in a long running dispute over an iconic Sydney CBD building which involved a range of construction and leasing issues.

Luxury high rise residential disputes

We have acted for both Owners Corporations and contractors in a range of large scale disputes over the construction of high rise luxury residential buildings.
