Credentials

Lend Lease - Barangaroo re-development

We are advising on the town planning, urban design, environmental and major project approval requirements surrounding the proposed redevelopment of the Barangaroo site. We are also advising on the formulation of appropriate development controls for this important site and its proposed landmark buildings.

Becton - Waterloo development

We provided planning and strategic development advice to Becton on a $200 million mixed residential, commercial and retail development in Waterloo, Sydney.

Amcor - redevelopment of a paper mill

We advised Amcor on the environmental and planning aspects on the redevelopment of a major paper mill in Sydney which included advising on the procurement of the major project approval, dealing with EPA licensing requirements, subdivision issues and the sale of parts of the site.

Breen Holdings - $400 million development

We are advising Breen Holdings on the planning and development aspects of a $400 million re-zoning and major residential development at Kurnell in Sydney.

Sydney Ports Corporation - Enfield Intermodal Facility

We are advisers to Sydney Ports Corporation on the strategic planning issues under Part 3A of the EP&A Act for the major re-development of the Enfield Intermodal Facility.

RTA - major infrastructure projects

We have advised the Roads and Traffic Authority on the planning and development aspects of numerous major road infrastructure projects including: the Moorlands to Herons Creek Pacific Highway Project; the Brunswick to Yelgun Pacific Highway Upgrade Project and Oxley Highway to Kempsey Upgrade Project. Our work has encompassed advising on compliance with relevant legislation and planning, environmental and heritage controls.

NSW Police Force - station developments

We are advising NSW Police Force and their property manager, the United Group, on a large number of police station projects throughout NSW. Our work has included advising on applicable planning controls, development potential, formulating appropriate development applications and responding to various environmental issues.
