Leading law firm, Henry Davis York has advised multinational sports media company, ESPN International, on the acquisition of Extracorp Pty Ltd, the owners and operators of Australia's largest sports tipping and fantasy games platform, Footytips.
Geoffrey Hilton, lead partner on the deal said: "This acquisition significantly raises the profile of ESPN in Australia as a leading digital sports publisher."
