Flexible work arrangements

Flexibility is a signature strength of our firm. People in the legal profession and our own employees positively associate Henry Davis York and flexibility. We work hard to offer our employees flexible work arrangements to help them meet personal and family needs as well as our business requirements.

Staff across all areas of the firm work on flexible work arrangements. Depending on the role, these can take the form of part time, job sharing, flexible work schedules or telecommuting (working away from the office for a portion of each week).

We have resources to support the process of establishing flexible work arrangements, including a well-defined policy, guidelines for making an approach to work flexibly and a Flexibility Manager based within our People & Development team who works with the partners/managers and individuals to facilitate the process across the firm.
