HIH Insurance
We acted as coverage counsel on indemnity and supervising the solicitors acting for the directors for the D&O insurers of the FAI directors who were sued following the collapse of HIH.
MMC Contrarian - acquisition of MBF Limited
We advised MMC Contrarian on its $195 million acquisition of the Australian life insurer MBF Life Limited and its related Australian wealth management business, Clearview Financial Management Limited from Bupa Australia.
