• reducing a $20 million claim against a pesticide manufacturer to under $50,000 by obtaining early expert evidence, arranging two informal settlement conferences and adopting a proactive approach
• winning a case for the public liability insurer of a corporation which had engaged a labour hire apprentice whose account of his injury was not believed at hearing
