Our Services

Scott Murray

Scott heads our Corporate Advisory group and advises a range of corporate and government clients.

His practice covers mergers and acquisitions and due diligence exercises, negotiations for and preparation of commercial documentation for projects, joint ventures, licences and other product/service delivery arrangements. Scott also regularly advises on restrictive trade practices and probity/corporate governance issues.

Scott has done significant work with a major New South Wales statutory authority over many years and also acts for major corporate clients in a range of industries including resources, agriculture, electronic payment systems, and wagering and gaming.

Scott is a member of the Commercial Law Association and the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association.
