Robert Tracy
Robert practises primarily in commercial and corporate law.
He specialises in sales and acquisitions of companies and businesses, as well as advising clients on key commercial arrangements, joint ventures, business and investment structures, general commercial and business agreements and capital raisings.
Robert recently advised a UK-based major metals and mining group on the Australian legal issues relating to its initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange, acted on the sales of a coal mine in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales and a gold mine in Gympie, Queensland and on the sale of a television shopping network and related businesses. He also has extensive experience in capital raisings by listed companies.
