Mark Hilton

Mark has over 20 years of experience in acting for banks and other financial institutions, receivers, liquidators and administrators.

His practice deals with banker-customer issues, security enforcement and recovery, alternative dispute resolution, receiverships, liquidations and voluntary administrations.

Mark recently acted for a major bank and the receivers of TVSN in a multi-million dollar recovery, for a networking solutions company (and their receivers appointed by it) in a recovery action against Comindico Australia Pty Ltd, and for other major Australian banks and appointed receivers in relation to significant debt recoveries.

Mark is a member of LEADR (Lawyers Engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution) and the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia.
