Kathy Civardi
Kathy specialises in corporate and commercial law and advises clients on transactional matters as well as regulatory matters under the Corporations Act. Kathy is involved in acquisitions and divestments, fund raisings, corporate restructures, joint ventures and general commercial contracts, for a wide range of clients in product and service industries.
Kathy's recent experience includes acting for the issuers of retail funds in Australia and New Zealand, acting for a fund manager on its acquisition of a portfolio of nine hotels spread throughout Australia and New Zealand, and advising on complex property joint ventures. Kathy also acts for pharmaceutical distributors and manufacturers in relation to acquisitions and divestments of businesses and various pharmaceutical and 'over the counter' product lines, along with distribution, licence and service agreements.
