Jennifer Degotardi
Jennifer specialises in the area of commercial property, including property funds management, property development and associated commercial contracts.
Her clients include both large and small, fund managers, major retailers, developers and government entities.
Jennifer has particular experience in structured transactions, complex sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, joint ventures and asset management agreements, property development and due diligence work for listed and unlisted trusts.
She has practised in the area of property funds for over 15 years. During that time has advised her clients on a diverse range of transactions, including joint venture agreements, tenders, acquisitions and disposals of large commercial buildings/shopping centres/industrial estates/hotels, income support arrangements, trust structures and issues relating to the establishment of trusts, commercial and retail leasing and advising government clients in relation to their real property requirements.
